By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all of them.
Terms of Service
The main agreement. Covers who can order, how custom work is made, what variation to expect, the Virtual Fitting requirement, fit responsibility, reconstruction and remakes, processing and rush timelines, order changes, intellectual property, and how disputes are handled.

Send-In Services Terms
Applies to every service requiring you to ship hair or a wig to us, including Lace Restoration, Full Reconstruction, Wig Laundry, Color Refresh, and Bring Your Own Bundles. Covers shipping deadlines, hair requirements, strand testing, turnaround times, and what happens to hair we cannot service.

Privacy Policy
Covers what information we collect, including measurements submitted through our wig size finder, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to request access or deletion.
A Few Things Worth Knowing Up Front
Custom and made-to-order products are final sale. Every custom wig is built to one person's measurements and cannot be resold. Ready-to-ship wigs are also final sale. Accessories and care products may be returned within 14 days, unopened and unused.
A Virtual Fitting is required on every custom order. It is how we confirm your measurements before construction begins, and it is what protects both of us if the fit is not right.
Custom work varies. Color is hand mixed, caps are handcrafted, and hair is a natural material. Slight variation is part of the work rather than a flaw in it.
We are here after the sale. If something is not right with your order, contact us at Support@TailordHair.com before anything else. Most concerns are resolved quickly and directly.
