Refund Policy for Tailord Hair LLC
At Tailord Hair LLC, all products and services are custom and made to order. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Payment Structure
Full payment is required at checkout for all orders unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Tailord Hair LLC. Orders are not placed into the production schedule until payment has been received in full.
Deposits are not the standard payment method and are accepted only in limited cases, such as approved virtual consultations, where a deposit arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in advance.
Deposit Policy (When Applicable)
When approved, a fifty percent non-refundable deposit may be required to begin an order. Deposit arrangements are offered at Tailord Hair’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
Deposits secure placement in the production schedule and cover preparation, materials, and administrative costs associated with the order.
Deposits are valid for thirty days from the date received. If the remaining balance is not paid within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Deposits may be transferred to a future order within the thirty-day window only if work on the original order has not begun. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tailord Hair LLC reserves the right to modify deposit eligibility and terms at any time based on business needs.
Definition of Work Begun
Work is considered begun once materials specific to the order have been purchased, allocated, or reserved. If materials are already in stock, work is considered begun once the order is placed into the production schedule.
Once work has begun, deposits are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
Remaining Balance for Deposit Orders
For approved deposit-based orders, the remaining balance must be paid in full within fourteen calendar days of completion notice.
Failure to submit the remaining balance within this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In such cases, the completed unit becomes the property of Tailord Hair LLC and may be resold at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products and services, order cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun. Any cancellation requests submitted after work has begun will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Exchanges for Damage or Defects Only
Refunds are not offered.
Exchanges are considered only in rare cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. To qualify for an exchange, you must contact Support@TailordHair.com within seven calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition. Bundles must have ties intact with no product, heat, or moisture applied. Lace products must be uncut, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval. Items sent without prior authorization will be declined and returned.
Exchange Resolution
If an exchange is approved, Tailord Hair LLC will either provide a replacement of the same item or, if unavailable, offer a comparable item or store credit equal to the original purchase value.
If no selection is made within five business days of approval, the exchange window will close.
Change of Mind
Orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to confirmed damage or defects upon arrival.
Address Accuracy and Fraud Protection
Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout. Tailord Hair LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Tailord Hair LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Any suspected unauthorized transactions will be investigated and reported as appropriate.
