TAILORD HAIR LLC SHIPPING POLICY
We want to ensure that you have a seamless and worry-free shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our personalized shipping policy to familiarize yourself with our shipping and delivery procedures:
- Lost or Missing Deliveries:
If your tracking information confirms successful delivery to your specified address, but you have not received your order, we suggest you to take these initial steps:
- Contact your local courier service.
- Check safe places around your property.
- Communicate with your household members and neighbors.
- After exhausting these options, reach out to via e-mail at Support@TailordRawHair.com.
We recommend waiting 24 hours after your estimated delivery date to account for any possible carrier delays.
- Accountability for Delivered Packages:
Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for packages once the tracking information confirms a successful delivery to your specified address. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to double-check and verify the accuracy of your chosen delivery address before completing your order.
If you have encountered challenges with lost or stolen packages at your delivery address in the past, we recommend considering a more secure and trusted alternative delivery location.
- Processing & Shipping Time:
After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order for in-stock items.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. Please anticipate delivery on the provided date.
We recommend ordering your hair in advance, especially for special occasions or urgent needs, to allow ample time for delivery.

Possible Shipping Delays:
It is important to note that we do not control any carrier delays once your order has been handed over for shipment.
Shipping delays may occur during busy sales periods and unforeseen events (e.g., COVID-19). We appreciate your understanding during such situations.
5. Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders include custom items such as, but not limited to: custom lace frontals & closures, custom wigs, any custom color or other custom lace units. Please consider an additional 7-21 business days for pre-orders.
Due to the custom nature of these items, pre-orders are exempt from exchanges or any part of our Refund Policy.
Processing times may vary, so plan accordingly to ensure your items arrive in time for your event(s).
We process and ship out all in-stock items within 48 hours of payment, Monday through Friday.
Please note that processing times may be increased during peak periods of January through May, and September through December. During these peak times, an additional 10-15 business days could be applied to the initial processing times stated in this policy. Wigs and pre-order items have a general processing time of 7 up to 21 days. This extended processing time allows us to create and deliver customized, specialized items with utmost care.
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Receiving Your Package:
We recommend having someone available to receive your parcel, as it may require a signature.
If this is not possible, our delivery partner may leave a card with information regarding the delivery, such as leaving it with a neighbor in a safe place, scheduling a redelivery, or instructions for collection.

Appointment Cancellation:
We understand the importance of scheduling hair appointments. Please note that we are not responsible for any hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon.
To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend that you submit, confirm, and receive, all items purchased from us before scheduling or confirming any appointments that require our product to be in your possession.

Undeliverable Packages:
In the rare event that your tracking information indicates an undeliverable package, we request that you review the tracking status. If it states that your package is undeliverable, please promptly contact us at Support@TailordRawHair.com, and we will guide you on the next steps.
If we receive your package returned to us as it was marked undeliverable by the delivery service, we will email you to determine the next steps.
We do not refund, or pay additional shipping costs in any circumstance. A return shipping fee will be invoiced to facilitate the reshipment. This fee is intended to cover the return shipping costs associated with unclaimed, invalid, or undeliverable addresses provided to us.
Please note that this fee is paid before we can resend your package. We must receive your undeliverable package before proceeding with any changes or reshipping of the order.
If we do not receive a response within five calendar days, we will restock your items and provide you with an E-Gift Card, with shipping fees and a $45 stocking fee deducted. Be mindful that once the E-Gift Card is issued, we will not be able to re-ship your initial order. It is imperative that you respond to us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
When using the E-Gift Card to place a new order, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct address is used. Note that the availability and pricing of items may differ from the original order.
For the redelivery of your package attempt to be successful, it’s crucial to input all necessary details accurately in your address. Use precise abbreviations, building and street numbers, and apartment numbers, and provide route information if necessary. It is essential to follow these steps to guarantee that your package arrives at its intended destination.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages.
We emphasize the importance of entering your shipping address accurately to ensure your order is received on time. It’s essential to note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the exceptional case where a customer’s tracking number confirms delivery to the provided address, Tailord Hair LLC cannot offer refunds if the item is claimed not to have been delivered.

Optional Shipping Insurance:
We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of the optional shipping insurance offered on all orders. Shipping insurance can provide additional protection and peace of mind or your purchase.
- If you do not wish to include shipping insurance, please ensure this is not included in your order before payment is completed.

Signature Requirement:
For added security, a signature is required for orders with a total value exceeding $500. This helps ensure the safe and reliable delivery of high-value orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Tailord Hair LLC cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier accepts the shipment, it is beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for delayed deliveries or lost or stolen items during transit.
